WHAT IS A TENANTS UNION?

The Palm Beach County Tenants Union is a group of renters united to help other renters. Far too often landlords hold all of the power when dealing with an individual renter, and they use that power to exploit us. By organizing with our neighbors into tenants unions and neighborhood councils, we can use the power of collective-action to fight against rent hikes, unjust evictions, and abusive property managers. Together, we can build a better future where safe, clean, affordable housing is recognized as a basic human right.
